There are many occasions when you provide information that may enable us to identify you as a person while using the Services, such as when you sign up for an account, provide us with access to your profiles on third party sites, or enter your academic or professional experience when creating a prospective employee profile. Personally Identifiable Information may include your email address, name, phone number, birthday, age, address and your educational or professional history. We may use your email address to send you Services-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. You can control receipt of certain Services-related messages on your BairdHunt settings page. We may also use your contact information to send you marketing messages. If you do not want to receive such messages, you may opt out by following the instructions in the message. (Please note it may take up to one week to process any opt-out requests.) If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses. You also provide us information in Content you post to or share through the Services. A Candidate’s profile is made hidden to all Employers (Companies, Recruiters) using the Site, unless you give an Employer permission and approve the viewing of your personal resume and details by “Unlocking” your resume because you feel a Job Post is a good “match”. An Employer is not allowed to contact a Candidate directly until the Candidate allows the Employer to view their detailed contact and resume information. The Employer may send a general “interest request” to the hidden profile with only knowing limited information of Candidate’s such as Current Position, Location Preference, Work Status and Skills. The Messages, interview invites, Offers sent through the BairdHunt Services between an Employer, Recruiters, and Candidate are not viewable until AFTER the Candidate is interested in the role . If you choose to use our invitation service to invite a contact to the BairdHunt Services, we will ask you for that person’s email address and automatically send an email invitation. Baird Tech stores this information within BairdHunt to send this email, to register your contact if your invitation is accepted, and to track the success of our invitation service.
We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them and ourselves understand the usage patterns for certain BairdHunt services.
You may, of course, decline to submit Personally Identifiable Information through the Services, in which case Baird Tech Inc may not be able to provide certain services to you. In addition, you may update or correct your account information and email preferences at any time by logging in to your account. If you would like us to remove your Personally Identifiable Information from our database, please send a request to email@example.com. We are not responsible for revising or removing your Personally Identifiable Information obtained by any third party through the Services or Site or any third party to whom you have provided such information (whether by sharing your login and password, or otherwise).
